Minimum Stays: There is a two-night minimum stay for weekends and a three-night minimum stay for holiday and Festival weekends.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon booking; VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover cards are all accepted. Personal checks must be received at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. Balance is payable upon arrival.
Taxes: All rates are subject to a total of 13% tax (7% RI Sales Tax & 6% RI Hotel Tax)
Check In / Out: We are happy to offer our guests a check-in window of 2pm to 6pm each evening (other arrangements can be made upon request.) Check out is at 11am.
Additional guests: Additional guests $25 per person. Must contact the inn for availablility.
Pets and Smoking: We love them but we can't accommodate pets of any kind. We are a completely non smoking facility. Candles are not allowed either.
Cancellation Policy: Deposits will be returned, minus an office fee of $10 per room per night, if notice is received at least 10 days prior to arrival. With less then 10 days notice, deposits will be returned minus the cancellation fee ONLY if the room is re-rented for full rate.
Confirmations: Reservations are confirmed by mail or email.
