Our daily breakfast may include: Farm fresh scrambled eggs from our own chickens, high end bacon, Canadian bacon or breakfast sausage (all smoked on property in season.) Fresh fruit and house made granola. Fresh squeezed orange juice, coffee and tea. Fresh vegetables, hash, homemade breads, croissants and muffins.
Our guests will be able to enjoy an afternoon selection of homemade soups, freshly baked breads and gourmet appetizers featuring vegetables picked daily on our local farm.
The Spring Street Inn is very pleased to welcome Chef Brian Ashness to the team. Chef Ashness is an accomplished Chef with a long background in local cuisine. Chef Ashness’ most recently place of employment aside from the Spring Street Inn is as a Sous Chef and Raw Bar Manager at the very popular Midtown Oyster Bar. Chef Ashness helps to create new menu items and specials daily and is excited to be able to bring his expertise and creativity to the guests of the Spring Street Inn.
